Anahata Graceland, also known as “TheRareBird,” is a multifaceted individual with a passion for helping others unleash their full potential. With a background as a seer, channel, author, artist, and entrepreneur, Graceland has spent years developing a model of consciousness called Transmuter Reality™, which helps people track the small moments in life. In addition to this work, Graceland has also spent time mentoring others, particularly entrepreneurial spirits and creative adepts, in the development and transition to entrepreneurial endeavors.

Graceland is also the author of a book of tools that support this process. In addition to her professional pursuits, Graceland is also deeply involved in her community, having founded a group of entrepreneurial spirits who share in childcare and education, professional interests, and a commitment to the Friends Honor Codes. This community, located in Washington state, has been in existence for approximately 35 years and currently includes three generations.

As a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis, and other modalities, he facilitates immersive leadership trainings, designed to remind impact-focused leaders of their own greatness while proliferating transformational work in their communities.

Brenda is the Founder of Changepain, a neuroscience-based pain and rehab clinic in Vancouver Canada where 65 interdisciplinary team members have seen over 600,000 episodes of care since 2013. She is making whole-person healthcare a reality through empowering people to navigate resources to layer care starting with pain, physical function, mental health, and addiction.

She is an Interventional Pain specialist, anesthesiologist and Certified hypnotherapist. Obtaining her degree at the University of British Columbia where she fills the role of Clinical Associate Professor. A member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Andrew Genovese ‘Lionheart’ Is a New Earth Visionary. He is a Breathwork Facilitator/teacher. He is an ASEA Redox molecules Ambassador. Anca is a seasoned strategic advisor and senior executive coach, with 20+ years consulting and client-side experience. Most recently she served as the global leader for the $500M digital CX service line at an innovative BPO that ipo-ed. Prior to that, she was retail solution executive and BGS strategy consultant at IBM; and subsequently led two of Cisco’s collaboration technology and customer business transformation industry practices worldwide – on point for an accelerated, value based sales motion.

As strategic advisor, Anca has extensively consulted on business value & solution selling, fp&a, and technology strategy, with deep experience in m&a operationalization, change leadership and high-performance teaming. She combines analytical rigor with around-the-corner vision – having worked with a broad range of organizations including high-growth, global fortune 50, start-ups and scale-ups in North America, Europe, and Australia.

Anca is as passionate about peak performance as she is about technology enabled transformation – focused on C-suite capability, customer engagement, innovation effectiveness and growth strategy. She is a graduate from Wharton’s International MBA program and is also a Reset Breathwork and Psych-K master facilitator. She teaches poetry when not playing the piano, practicing martials arts, or adventure racing.
